3. Aftermarket Hardware & Vehicle Liability Disclaimer
All SpecQ mounting components are custom aftermarket accessories engineered for interior gear organization. By purchasing and installing SpecQ hardware, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Installation & Fitment: Users are solely responsible for verifying correct alignment, slot engagement, and secure fastener tension prior to operating the vehicle.
- Off-Road & Custom Use: SpecQ assumes no liability or responsibility for vehicle trim scuffs, interior panel deformation, fastener loosening, or equipment loss resulting from improper installation, overloading beyond structural limits, or severe off-road vibration.
- No Modification Warranty: Modifying OEM factory trim, door guards, console panels, or SpecQ hardware components voids all functional support and replacement guarantees.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SpecQ, its founders, or component suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Total legal liability for any claim or defect shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
5. Intellectual Property Protection
All 3D models, component geometries, product names, images, logo graphics, and web copy on this website are the intellectual property of SpecQ. Unauthorized copying, distribution, commercial reproduction, or reverse-engineering of our proprietary designs is strictly prohibited.
